Every tier, explained.

All three tiers require an approved title and an approved set of objectives before we start.

TIER 01

Consultation

Sit down with our engineers to scope your idea — feasibility, direction, and a clear roadmap before you build. Your first consultation is free given the same title and set of objectives.

Requirements

  • You have an approved title.
  • You have an approved set of objectives.
Pricing. A consultation is a single session. Your first session is free. Changes to your title or objectives require another consultation, which carries the consultation fee of ₱10,000 — including the roadmap, the BOM, everything.
TIER 02

Full Build

We build it for you. Multiple engineers work collaboratively to bring your project to reality — with you until project end (capped at 6 months), fully documented, with a 3-month warranty.

Pricing. Depends on the project's complexity, but every quote is segmented — you see exactly how much each component of the build costs you. We stay on the build until project end, capped at 6 months.
TIER 03

Full Mentorship

End-to-end partnership. We stay beside you from consultation to project end — weekly sessions, reviews, and hands-on support the whole way.

Pricing. Depends on the project's complexity, segmented the same way as a Full Build so each component's cost is visible. Includes the 3-month warranty (see warranty terms).
The fine print

Terms

Warranty Terms

Full Build and Full Mentorship projects carry a 3-month warranty from the day the build is turned over.

  • Covers defects in workmanship — wiring, soldering, assembly, and firmware we wrote — repaired at no cost.
  • Ship or bring the project back to us for warranty service; we track it as Returned until it's back with you.
  • Not covered: physical damage after turnover, water damage, and any modification made outside FAIR Labs.
  • Out-of-warranty or not-covered repairs are quoted separately before any work starts.

Agreement Terms

  • Every engagement starts from an approved title and an approved set of objectives — the scope we commit to.
  • The first consultation is free for the same title and objectives; changing either requires a new, paid consultation.
  • Quotes are segmented by component; parts and hardware are billed at sourced cost.
  • Everything we build together is yours on turnover: source code, schematics, CAD files, and documentation.

Privacy Terms

  • We collect only what the engagement needs — your name, email, and project details from the booking form.
  • Project progress lives in your private tracker, behind your project code and PIN.
  • We never share your project idea, files, or data with anyone outside your assigned team.
  • Portfolio case studies are published only with your written permission.
